You can pay your rent in several ways. This page has more information about these payment methods.

EasyPay

EasyPay is an easy, electronic way to pay your rent directly from your Centrelink payment into your rental account.

EasyPay is free to set up. You can also use EasyPay to pay maintenance debts, previous tenancy debts, extra rent and bond loan repayments.

Payroll deduction payments

Payroll deduction is an easy way to pay your rent directly from your wages into your rental account.

To set this up, fill out a ‘Payroll deduction form’, which you can get from Housing staff or your employer.

Bank direct debit payments

You can pay rent through a direct debit from your bank account. This means your bank will automatically pay your rent to us for you.

We don’t charge any fees for this service, but your bank may charge you a transaction fee.

Your bank may also charge a dishonour fee if there isn’t enough money in your account to pay your rent.

To set this up, fill out the ‘Bank direct debit payment form’, which you can get from Housing staff.

EFTPOS payments

Housing staff have EFTPOS terminals as a convenient and practical way to pay your rent.

Talk to Housing staff about this payment option.
